Kim Seidner, CPA is Chief Financial Officer for Velocity Solutions. She oversees daily operations of our accounting department and staff. Kim joined the organization in July of 2009. With an extensive accounting and business background spanning 26 years, Kim brings significant experience to her role. Before her current position, she worked in Charlotte, NC as Controller and Human Resources Manager for several commercial real estate companies, a manufactured housing company, a custom home builder/home designer and two large international metals manufacturing companies.

Kim graduated from Youngstown State University summa cum laude with a BS in Business Administration. She earned her CPA license for the state of North Carolina, passing all parts of the CPA exam in the first sitting. Kim is a member of AICPA and NCACPA, as well as the Phi Kappa Phi Honor Society.

Kim lives on Oak Island, NC with her husband of 30 years. Living on an island is convenient for Kim, as she enjoys activities such as boating, waterskiing, Caribbean travel, and listening to Carolina beach music. An avid sea shell collector, relocating to the coast was not a difficult decision to make!
